Kelly V Dolan is fabulous and unforgettable playing the role of Ms. Ruby Claret in “Painting Autumn”. Ruby is a chic, stern, yet ultimately caring head make-up artist who pushes her interns hard.
Kelly first got her start in the entertainment industry through dance and acting. She had the opportunity to light up the stage alongside some of the greats as she toured & worked with Stellar Award Winning Gospel Singer Donald Lawrence, R. Kelly and Jay-Z to name a few. She has a live event and commercial history with products such as Kroger, Lady Footlocker, Adidas, and McDonald’s. She received her B.A. at Columbia College, Chicago for Dance and Theater and once arriving in Los Angeles, she landed an acting role on the Emmy-Nominated Children’s show, Hip Hop Harry, where she played Pinky, the fun and hip girl that the kids looked up to. It was a dream job where she was able to act, dance, and be a positive influence for young people.
You can currently catch her while watching your favorite shows as she appears in several commercials in person or in voice over work. Plus, for all you Dinosaur lovers, tune into THE SyFy Channel or Netflix, as Kelly plays a lab technician, Graham, in “Age of Dinosaurs”, where she worked opposite Ronnie Cox. You can also check her out in the award-winning action sci-fi short film “Sunset Rising 0.5: The Deliverer”, where she stars as Anna. In addition to being able to bring the drama, this girl LOVES to LAUGH and make others laugh. After being on NBC for over 3 years, Kelly is currently on ABC News Radio Hollywood Social Lounge Live with Aaron and Kelly!
Kelly is also co-owner of Step It Up, LLC, a mentorship workshop for dancers.
